Client Area - Domain Control Panel

In the following picture, you can see an overview of our Domain Control Panel.
To access this panel, simply log into our client area, click on "My Domains" in the left menu. You will then see a list of all your available Domains. For the Domain you want to check or edit, click on "Manage" on the right side.

Menu Upper Area:

• Details: Get an overview of your service. Here you can see domain information or information about the service period. You'll also find all important control options to manage your service (e.g., Renew period, DNS Management, or Whois Information).
• WhoIs: Manage your Domain Handles (these are contact information given to the domain registration service).
• DNS: Manage your domains Nameservers and the DNS records (only if you purchased the domain without a hosting package. If you want to manage the DNS Records of a domain linked to Web or Mail hosting packages you have to use the Web- or Mail Hosting Control Panel).
• Security: Enable or disable a transfer lock in this area (if a transfer lock is active, you cannot use point 5. Transfer).
• Transfer: Initiate a domain transfer to another registrar in case you want to transfer the domain to another owner or platform.
